@Azur_Fenix not if she dies of alcoholism or suixide before she hits 62
@PanzerTan You're doing the Lord's work, thank you ✝️
@npub1uwjejfyn8j0e7t0cx3ys2h4nsk83fq8a6rz7mw2a7z97mnfwvcjqcvaxfl isn't that judgemental? Other peoples' moral failures are just unhealed parts of yourself, fauxdisattva. You need more shadow work, godboi
@npub1uwjejfyn8j0e7t0cx3ys2h4nsk83fq8a6rz7mw2a7z97mnfwvcjqcvaxfl Just move to USA. Everyone here seems "indepent" of thought.
@db I hope these help you if stress is messing with your groove:

If you want the big guns, do 20 minutes of pranayama on an empty stomach. Free metronome app set to 60bps, sit comfortably with good posture, go in for ten seconds and out for ten seconds. Do that for ten minutes if it's relaxing and easy. I am up to breathing in for 10 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, and out dor 20 seconds. Just go slow - it should be easy.
@FeelsOttoMan @TrevorGoodchild @BroDrillard @animepfp She's the best girlfriend money can buy. Very homantic. 🖤
@db Not my digestion. Oh well, rip my communication skills lol. I ought to just disappear into a monastery
@db Yes it can, and it can make preexisting conditions get worse and/or reappear. Taking a brisk 30 minute walk outside everyday and getting some sunshine on your skin is probably the best immediate remedy. My vagus nerve was all fucked up and waking up felt like I was on fire with a surge of cortisol until I took some steps to minimize it.
@Milica42 And don't forget 80's synth pop!
