Kaja #Kallas announced the preparation of a new #EU #sanctions package against #Russia. The head of EU diplomacy said in an interview with Die Welt that the European Union plans to significantly increase the sanctions pressure on Russia in the autumn. According to her, the package could be the largest since 2022. After its adoption, the number of #Russian citizens, companies, and organizations under sanctions could increase by about a third.
