time for a sugar reset. so today will be the last day i will eat carbs for some time(weeks, months). it is not guaranteed it will last long but i try to go clean as much as possible whenever i can. that means i am about to stuff my face with all the crap i can find at the grocery store :D

I am indirectly familiar with food processing. Do NOT eat sugar, high fructose corn syrup or products that contain them. People mock other countries for lack of sanitation. If they only knew how things are done, right here, then they would shut their fucking mouths.
