Not really a fan of Michael Knowels, nevertheless, hebis not necessarily wrong on this:

@BHG Agreed. Unfortunately there is a market for this type of propaganda. When women are accustomed to a clean, safe, civilized society, they "manufacture" ways to appear oppressed.
I foolishly hope for a collapse. These entitled cunts will learn their place, soon.

@rohrkrepierer Yes. It is a total racket. Technically in order to issue a ticket, a cop has to "witness" the infraction. They cleverly reword the infraction to a "fine". That way a person in a control room can simply observe a recording of the event and issue a fine, instead of a ticket. This is how they make millions of dollars. If you contest the fine you are just caught in the waiting game til the deadline passes and you are fined more. So you just pay the initial fine and be done.

@rohrkrepierer Yes. They are placed at intersections to identify people not coming to a full legal stop at the light.

The claim is that these are installed in high accident zones.
The fact is these companies are giving kickbacks to local politicians whonare trying to raise money for the municipality. Itnis a racket understeer guise of "public safety".
