Work actually creates a knot in your stomach. You are constantly under deadlines and must show progression/results. Otherwise you are FIRED.
Plenty of useless females who put themselves out as "workers"; then we see how their kids turn out. Maladjusted, entitled, insufferable.

Interesting take on technical aspects. Schwarzenegger techniques were based on "volume". Which served him well.
I like Mentzer because his philosophy was to maximize the result and minimizing the time spent in the gym to begin "recovery". I see novices in the gym and it makes me smh when I see they are not students of fitness or even diet/nutrition. This is what separates us from the unwashed masses.

This is what’s happened in the Congo in 2025. That guy has no room to talk they are still,digging up cobalt for American machinery. So I do not understand why he is trying to act better. But then again, most black Americans don’t know geopolitics.
