It is because when you "notice" information about Jews from sources that claim to be of Jewish origin or mainstream media your observation is labeled hate

If you notice a Jewish person commit a crime

Then site a source confirming that person is Jewish from the mainstream media

And also site a source confirming they committed a crime from the mainstream media

Your noticing that they committed the crime and simultaneously noticing they are Jewish

Is hate speech
