@shortstories I think the asbestos tends to stay put, but I bet renovations could get regulated pretty heavily if it's recognized as a potential hazard. Not sure I've ever heard about the asbestos risk from stucco. This is an old book telling you how to make and apply it.

@thatguyoverthere @shortstories I've never once heard mention of this. I'm surprised they don't test for this for FHA home purchases. Maybe someone should write a letter to Brandon so that more busybody wasteful bureaucracy can come together for imaginary problems.
