A black social "scientist" said that they are using the grammar from their ancient place of origin so you should not call it black English because it is actually their own legitimate language and not an improper language
They took English vocabularly but the grammar is from black countries so it is black
So it is neither legitimate English in terms of grammar nor their ancestors native language in vocabularly & he is wrong
