Let's say a man is a a ethical person who does not want to tax other men to pay child support for any biological children he might have so he chooses not to have biological children until he makes more money

Some other man gets women pregnant & does not work and the first man is taxed to pay for the other man's biological children, this also makes it more difficult for the first man who is more responsible to afford to raise children because he is being taxed to pay for someone else's children
