If non black males reproduce with black woman it prevents them from being able to become pregnant by black men for a certain time period and would be the only way I can think of to reduce the percent blackness of the population other than imprisonment, murder or sterilization other than maybe changing public policy like removing the welfare state which would not prevent reproduction but would cause a massive increase in black deaths without committing murder

@shortstories Homo Sapiens, compared to most other species of animal, is shockingly lacking in genetic diversity, It appears as though the last ice age created an evolutionary bottleneck for us, in the not too distant evolutionary past. In the future, we will see new ethnicities, races/ ethnocultural groups that we cannot even fathom right now, but that shouldn't come at the expense of all of the parent groups, the parent races should help the new communities grow and thrive. @shortstories What is best for humanity as far as racial groups and genetic diversity goes; A multi-polar world is desirable, having many unique, self sustaining and reproducing patriarchal populations of different racial demographics. Mixing could be done in a more controlled and cautious way so that we don't end up with a situation where nobody can find compatible blood or organs.
I support segregated communities of each of the "races" to prevent racial extinction but additionally integrated communities without fraud and violence based welfare for different races to mix and only those who survive without non defensive force and fraud to reproduce evolving a less non defensive fraud and violence based culture & or DNA distribution frequency among humans

Lemarck ( spelling ? ) believed in evolution by use not by DNA
For example by a blacksmith doing strength training through his blacksmithing work and not through his DNA his offspring would have stronger muscles than the offspring of people who did less strength training
@shortstories I would say that all races are okay to mix with each other except for abbos and blacks, they should just be slowly phased out.
