You know those long-shot plays they do in the sportsball? Like the shuttle pass relay play, or the 75 yard field goal, or the on side kick followed by the Hail Mary?
They don’t do that when they are winning.
The bad guys aren’t winning, if they were we wouldn’t even know there were bad guys.

What if the people who are made to appear to be in charge are actually actors and the people who really are in charge do not disclosevtheir names, so we do not know who the top level bad guys are
@shortstories of course that’s the case! But if things were going the way they wanted even the actors would be hidden and we would all be turned on each other.
