Personally, I despise Thursdays. That is my "Monday", because that's when my work week starts.

If you can produce twice as many items per hour then it should take half the hours to produce the same number of items
The fundamental problem is job creation programs
The goal should be to reduce the number of working hours per week by making improvements in efficiency
Job creation programs require taxing people to hire bureaucrats to make jobs
Existence of these bureaucrats lowers efficiency
Diversity hiring reduces efficiency & is worse than diversity welfare
