According to the Bible the Israelites had Syrian ancestry
Some of them also intermarried with and had offspring with the nations they were told to wipe out and were told not to have offspring with later

and say: Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem: Thine origin and thy nativity is of the land of the Canaanite; the Amorite was thy father, and thy mother was a Hittite.
Ezekiel 16:3
So Abram / Abraham traveled from the land of Ur to the land of Canaan, living there with other people who were Canaanites who were not Israelites
Abraham had a descendant named Israel and Israel had a descendant named Joseph
Joseph was sold as a slave by his brothers and transported as a slave to Eqypt
Joseph interpreted the Pharaoh's dreams and was freed from slavery and promoted
Joseph abused his position to scam the Egyptians & trick them into becoming his slaves
After Joseph's promotion he brought his brothers to Egypt
The descendants of Joseph and his brother were kicked out of Egypt
Eventually they killed the Canaanities who were not descendants of Israel and took their land
But had offspring with and married some of the Caananites in disobedience to God's command
So the video is somewhat misleading if it is trying to claim that Abram was a Canaanite or that 100% of all the Israelites were originally Canaanities
