Food A + Food B = complete protein
If someone ate only food A for one week then only food B for the next week they would not get complete protein on some or all of the days
If someone ate food A and food B in the correct proportions in the same meal they would get complete protein
How many hours apart can someone eat food A in one meal and food B in a different meal and still get complete protein?
Provide a non vegan source
A source that does not promote Vegan as only way
My question was how much time you can wait between meals of two different items which when combined have complete protein and still get complete protein from the combination?
@Stahesh @shortstories Cooked of course
@shortstories The Vegan source of protein are The cheapiest and most available. And doesn't require freezing temp to avoid getting rotten.
