If women were educated in Physics with vector Calculus, Chemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology and midwife studies through homeschooling as a standard practice in society but not permitted to be given degrees, diplomas or certificates and not permitted to vote and not permitted to have paid careers then would that society still lower birth rates below replacement because they educate women
