Some list of criteria is required to get the license
Someone does not get the license automatically if they are over a certain age
If at least 1 of 2 people do not have the license when they reproduce the person(s) without the license will have their children taken away & be put in a gender segregated education facility until they get the license & other gets imprisoned
Purpose of the license is to prevent people who need welfare to support a family from reproducing
Requirements would show they can live without welfare
This also could be used to control the ideology of who can reproduce so people who support using violence to collect welfare can not reproduce
Also would test people's capacity to consent based on objective criteria not age
The percent below a certain age that meet criteria might be 0

How would you prevent people who support using violence to collect welfare from raising children without such licenses?
How can you get less givernment when the people who support violence to collect welfare reproduce at a faster rate and do not get their children taken away from them to be raised with a different value system
@shortstories violent peple self regulate themselves out of life generaly and they are always low iq , and would be snuffed out by net tax payer votting system , and no tolarency to crime , you heavily underestimate how those simple changes would literlly give us paradise
