If Russia wants to torture the terrorist scum, Russia can torture the terrorist scum. Russia is the injured party and the law is with them. Those who commit such crimes as the 4 suspects have lost the right to live and to humane treatment. Their lives are essentially over, merely here for the purpose of the investigation. Even their souls died the moment they accepted the money to kill civilians. Death followed by second death.

I would not have a problem with torturing people who committed terrorism to get information to prevent more terrorism except that
1 Terrorism is usually fake and really hoaxes put on the news created by the government
2 Governments tend to convict innocent people and give them the death penalty only for them to be found not guilty after the execution
3 Tortured people tend to give false confessions
4 The government wants an excuse to torture holocaust deniers not terrorists

Just because the Jewish West uses false flags to scare their Western populations doesn't mean other nations do that too. Terrorism is an old Jewish tradition. Russia is a Christian nation, primarily.
