You can feel free to use racial slurs but I do not like to use them
I prefer to insult people because of the bad things they do and not because of their race
I just feel like racial slurs takes away the idea of personal responsibility
If you can not help doing something because it is your race then that provides an excuse not to improve
They want an excuse not to improve
They used to behave better when they were held accountable for their actions

The idea of personal responsibility goes to shit very fast when people feel empowered by numbers. Their population is growing, the West is becoming Africa and we all have to endure the consequences including theft, rape and murder. Your approach is noble but noble doesn't work. Only segregation works.
