I feel like every time I look it up, I never find a concise answer. Can anyone specify in as clear and concise as possible what the differences are?

There is no clear consistent distinction because some psychologists classify them as the same thing but a social path is better at or prefers to manipulate groups of people to achieve goals and tends to be more charismatic than a psychopath or in other words has better social skills or prefers to be in social situations more than a psychopath.
