Is it good for the USA government the same government that tends to side against white gentiles in everything and against men in divorce courts

To give the death penalty and castration for at least some or all sex offenses

1 Current USA government should give death penalty & or surgical castration for some or all sex offenses

2 Current USA government should not give death penalty & or surgical castration for any sex offenses
