I use grammarly to check for correctness in my school reports because I know that's what the graders use... sometimes it does catch a real error but most of the time it's just changing one correct thing to another correct thing that it likes more
and then sometimes, as now, it tells me to remove a comma and then it wants me to put the damn comma right back in. or it doesn't like the comma in one sentence, but it likes the comma in a different sentence with exactly the same structure (both are correct)

Once a professor told me they were so impressed that my grammar was correct because most people in my major do not use good grammar
By the way my grammar is bad
I just generally do not use any commas because for the most part I do not know where to put them except with lists and when someone says something before the quotation marks
