"Gematria (/ɡəˈmeɪtriə/; Hebrew: גמטריא or gimatria גימטריה, plural גמטראות or גימטריות, gimatriot)[1] is the practice of assigning a numerical value to a name, word or phrase by reading it as a number, or sometimes by using an alphanumerical cipher."
"It is largely used in Jewish texts, notably in those associated with the Kabbalah. Neither the concept nor the term appears in the Hebrew Bible itself.[1]"

Biblical Hebrew does not use different symbols for numbers and letters so all numbers in the Biblical Hebrew were written using letters
There are multiple ways to get numbers from letters in Hebrew and Gamatria is not the standard version as best I understand it
Here is a Wikipedia article on how numbers are represented in the Hebrew language

So from what I understand there is a reasonable and objective way to know what is a number or a word when reading the Bible based on standard Hebrew grammar but then kikes wanted to change the meaning of the text and they made up Gematria to assign a number value to every word in a way that does not follow standard Hebrew grammar in a way to attempt to make it say whatever they want instead of the original meaning given by the author

Just do a search for Gematria calculator but I do not know which one would be best for your goal

I do not know what a "meme calculator" is if that is something different
