IDF planned to use the explosive pagers during their upcoming invasion of Lebanon. But they heard some Hezbollah guy found out something funny with his pager and IDF just went for it before it was too late.

Israel funded Hamas so they probably funded the pagers if the pagers were booby trapped and are they so poor that they still use pagers instead of cell phones or is there some other reason they use them?
