So I was thinking would it be physically possible to cover all of Israel in landmines so that no one ever tries to live there again to end the wars over who gets the territory of Israel.

I was thinking this would be less environmentally dangerous then covering the entire territory in nuclear radiation or poison but would it be too expensive,

I am not advocating for terrorism we would need Congress to vote on this. If Congress votes to do it then it is legal and so it is not terrorism
