Simply expelling them will never work because it does not change the behavior once they are expelled

All of them must be captured and forced to complete a re-education program before being allowed to be free

After being re-educated and released if they act like a kike outside of kike territory they should get a life sentence

Alternatively there might be no kike territory and they get a life sentence the moment they act like a kike anywhere in the world
