Which is more harmful to children?

Neither are harmful option, but no both are harmful?

As far as abusing kids goes, kill the abuser as slowly and painfully as possible. Make examples of them, spread terror to potential predators every time they are mentioned.

There is no both is harmful because I want people to say which is more harmful and I do not want them to have a way out

I could say both are equally harmful as an option but people usually just choose that when I list two bad things instead of deciding which is more harmful
