I deleted and redrafted to add the word good after the word relatively and disconnected the thread when you replied
So I do not think the police respond will to online complaints but if they see someone committing a violent crime right in front of them then I believe they will do something in some predominantly white upper or middle class suburbs
In good neighborhoods they do their job
You could apply as a police officer in a good neighborhood & not in Europe
