Is there something special other than Calories, Dietary Elements, Protein or Vitamins that provides a health benefit for me in lemon juice that I can not get drinking an equal volume of orange juice

A long time ago there were a lot of articles saying drinking lemon juice before riding in an airplane can prevent certain very specific health problems cause by prolonged sitting according to scientific studie(s)
They then said it was because of the vitamin C which they did not prove
