This is TaiChi pushing hands it looks a lot like sumo wrestling except the people are much lighter and they are wearing clothes and they do throws
Unfortunately most TaiChi classes are just a dance routine and do not have actual pushing hands sparring
It is very difficult to find TaiChi for self defense as dance routines designed as exercises for weaker & older people & people with painful joints are usually taught instead
