Are most of the plant based foods with a high protein per fiber ratio from plant used for plant reproduction such as seeds, beans, grains and nuts?
Are there any plant based foods that are high in protein and low in fiber so you do not feel to full that are not used by plants for reproduction?
I am thinking the more you eat the less you can plant and wondering how humans do not starve if seeds are their primary food source
And yes I think rice is like a seed also
Am I wrong?
Some people say soy increases risk of cancer & others say it decreases risk of cancer. Some say it depends on the type of cancer.
I suspect the genetically modified soy increases the risk of cancer and the organic or non GMO soy is safer.
Also soy is a seed. So if you eat the soy beans then you can not plant the soy beans to grow food. I just wonder how much massive time it must take to remove one bean at a time from a plant to get a bunch of beans for a single meal.
