A woman's pastor is potentially ok if she only does ministry to women and or children and not to adult men especially if she is the Pastor's wife but she might be given a title other than Pastor like women's minister or childrens minister

Also it is ok to listen to women preachers on TV, radio or the internet for free and not give them money and not join their physical brick and mortar church nor participate in their congegation
