I normally would run water over it then put neosporin on it then cover it by wearing cheap clean "magic gloves" or an off brand
However I do not know if it is too deep a cut for neosporin
I do not know if running in water would cause parts of the body to fall off
You need to prevent an infection so you do not lose the finger or hand or arm so you should see a medical professional who knows how to treat wounds

Also this is why I never grate my own food and try to buy food precut or powdered or whatever
The cost of an accident is worse than the extra cost to buy the food precut or powdered or shredded by a manufacturer
