got this forearm trainer set at about 100 pounds of resistance doing sets of 30. I'm gonna have some roided out forearms by tomorrow

Forearm is vague

You need to know what action you intend to do with which one of the many forearm muscles at what length

The muscle primary adapts strength at a specific position

So if you improve strength at a middle neutral position it will not improve strength as much in the short or long position and this is important because inflexible people are weak in the end ranges of motion

Pounds is vague the secret is resisting more torque while using the same amount of weight
