Assuming it is not food poisoning have you tried Pepcid AC also known as famotodine before?

There is also Tums or Gaviscon

And I believe you can combine Pepcid AC with either Tums or Gaviscon

But my experience has been that Tums and Gaviscon tend to lead me to farting and hard poop that is hard to flush and painful and hard to poop out

But peocid AC does not lead to those problems for me

There are side effects for habitual long term use of pepcid AC
