This posture is the opposite of upper cross syndrome posture
Imagine a string pulling your head into the proper place. Imaginary string taught in Yoga, TaiChi and Ballet
But posture is slightly different in Ballet and Yoga than TaiChi and Pilates as the upper neck is not flexed in Ballet and Yoga or in other words the chin is neutral and not down in ballet & yoga
