What I am about to say is wrong but if I were trying to argue for feminism

I would claim that such and such a woman is CEO because she earned it in spite of the Patriarchy oppressing her to try to keep her from earning it

This would be factually wrong because of all the systematic favoritism towards promoting women

But that is how they could try to argue some women being in positions of power at the same time as women being oppressed
