So for me Kefir has a lot of protein and is easy to digest because it is like liquid yogurt
Fruit flavored Greek yogurt has a lot of protein in fact more protein than regular yogurt per volume and is easy to digest but it might be too solid and harder to eat than regular yogurt
I am going to try to become vegan in 2026 because of some mRNA vaccines for cows that might come out
But when I had digestive difficulties I had a lot of success with Kefir and Greek Yogurt
They say you can put Kefir on food such as breakfast cereal as a milk substitute but I would always just drink an entire container at once straight from the container and sometimes pour some water in it and shake it around then drink the stuff stuck to the bottom
It has so much protein I would find that it would make me feel less full getting protein from Greek yogurt and kefir than from most other sources
And then it would seem to help my digestion later in the day because I was not too full to eat other stuff since I already had either enough protein or almost enough protein for the whole day and the food was less filling
I would eat whole large sized containers of Greek yogurt that had close to 70 grams of protein or more
