Most people burn the most fat calories per hour at about 700 Calories per hour

At 700 calories per hour about 50% is carb & 50% fat, which would require eating about 350 carbohydrate calories per hour to maintain glycogen

If glycogen is not maintained the body might destroy muscle protein to produce carbohydrate

Elliptical can be used to perform high calorie per time exercise with less stress on the joints then running

Do not exercise without consulting a medical professional first

@tyler

Diet low in animal fat and high in ala omega 3 found in chia seeds, flax seeds, and non gmo or organic canola oil is generally considered heart healthy according to many sources

It is speculated that too much flax seed maybe poisonous because it contains cyanide

You may want your blood iron and hemoglobin levels checked

Consult a medical professional before deciding a diet for your medical condition

How to improve cardiovascular fitness which might help with poor circulation as blood vessels adapt to exercise & nutrition but I do not want to be liable as changes that work for most people might be bad for other people so you should consult a medical professional

Also what seems to be poor circulation might be anemia or diabetees

Do not say you have poor circulation unless you want a solution

nah man you like, invented context that doesn't exist

@tyler

Do you want to improve your circulation or just let random people know it is or might be poor for some other reason then to improve it?

Do you know why it is poor or ypu think it might be poor?

There are two kinds of why

1 Why you believe it is poor

2 The cause of it being poor

Feel free to clarify the context

I am not trying to be rude

I just think looking for solutions is helpful

Why else would you want the world to know ypur circulation might be poor if ypu do not want help?

Once I jerk off I'm sure it will all be alright.
