Would you support the following legislation

The federal government may not borrow money

Any money the federal government spends must be from surplus money that was printed or minted by the federal government itself or surplus money gotten through taxation

Anyone who loans money to the federal government or who authorizes for the federal government to borrow money after the passing of this law may be tried for treason in a court of law and have similar punishment to treason if found guilty
