Most South Koreans will believe anything an authority figure tells them or at least pretend to believe it
What if an authority figure tells them they can not trust all authority figures
They will say they believe that authority figure then continue to say they believe another authority figure that contradicts that authority figure at the same time
This is why confucianism is a threat to human freedom
