So if she moved to another state before they could capture her and take her to court could she then still be arrested while in another State for violatimg a local State law?

My hand is so sore from grabbing all the money that the tax payers pay me and from signing all the forms to collect their taxes, truly the tax payers are oppressing me, why they should fill out their own forms about how much they owe me and then rob themself
