it was really controversial when it came out.
It was big deal when it came out from what I remember. It was a fMV game with adult content so it made a lot of waves....it was later sierra, I think they were kind of declining at that point.
Why would I buy a game? So I do not go to jail for getting an illegal copy?
But if the game is abandonware that means people who sell the game are selling illegal copies. If you are going to jail for buying illegal copies then how is that any better than going to jail to get free copies.
A large number of old games can be played on a internet browser without downloading the games
These include games that were on CD Rom and took what was a lot of memory
Also there was a Sierra Chest youtube channel showing people playimg entire Sierra chest games
I highly reccommend watching gabriel knight from start to finish
All you do is click on things until you gst the puzle solved so just watching it for the dialpgue to get an education on voodoo without playing it is worthwhile
