Some of the businesses might have received payment from government agencies to be destroyed by paid actors ( thespians ) in a psychological operation and received a second payment in insurance money for the damage

Although Kyle Rittenshouse could have been a paid actor ( thespian ) it would be ironic if the reason they were mad he tried to put out the fire is because the business owner paid them to help him get fire insurance and he was ilnterfering with his employer
