I do not endorse a vegan diet under normal circumstances
I think a vegetarian diet with fat free dairy products like yogurt and cottage cheese would be good for many people but I am not telling any specific person what diet to do because each person needs a different diet
However I am trying to become a Vegan because they are allowed to label meat that has been mRNA injected as Organic
I greatly dislike this as I have found fat free yogurt and cheese to be easy to digest & beneficial
