The belief that Africans "make time" by being idle is just insane, proto-civilization caveman shit. The modern western view of "here is a hourglass, even if my mood changes, its speed doesn't change; the physics of an hourglass is more real then my feelings". The vocabulary used to defend an idea doesn't necessarily match the idea itself.
