Since Einstein was a pseudo scientist he never mad any positive contributions that I know of.
He plagiarized lots of work. Science that was already published. He just made the exact same thing 1 or 2 years later and published it as his own theory.

He was even asked to become prime minister of Israel. Witch he declined. Since he hated Nationalism. Or since he knew he was a propped up fraud.

Einstein did not know how to do math or physics
Einstein had his wife tutor him
Einstein's wife did the plagiarism because Einstein was not smart enough or hard working enough to do it
Then Einstein took the credit for his wife's work
Then Einstein divorced his wife and married his biological cousin
