@shortstories Suppose that depends on a lot of variables. Say you shoot it with a homemade net gun that only used compressed air like a pellet gun and no powder charge. And then let's say you took down a drone owned by your neighbor 11ft over your property line. Then, legally speaking, I bet you're okay. But, shoot a police drone with an AR-15 over a public park and you're prob going to jail lol
