Black Woman driver if I understand her correctly seems to be claiming that an SUV is a fast vehicle and so it can pass other cars while being below the speed limit because it is fast and that the car displays the speed limit instead of the street signs
She also seems to claim that asking if she has been drinking is a racial slir when the cop or police officer did not use any slirs or any words or phrases that refer to race, ethnicity, ancestry or skin color or shade
