If the toilet costs 2 dollars and you only pay someone 2 dollars to use the toilet instead of pooping on the street then you would have to pay them more than 2 dollars for them to make a profit
I would suggest that even if paid 100 dollars they would rather beat you up then not poop on the street because not pooping on the street is asking them to go against their cultural heritage
