It should be illegal to sell things you borrowed
If you sell something you borrowed from someone else that is stealing, libertarians are supposed to be against stealing except maybe left libertarians if there are such a thing
@shortstories As a libertarian my 1st instinct will always be to not make something illegal, people just need to face the consequences of their shit decisions and not expect me and other taxpayers to bail them out. In this instance if you bet wrong then you lose your shirt.
